A holistic three-day comprehensive course covering childbirth anatomy & physiology, the stages of labour, screening options in pregnancy, place of birth, medical interventions, optimal mother and baby positioning, pain coping mechanisms, acupressure for labour, positions for labour and birth, aromatherapy and massage, meditations and chants, rebozo techniques, supporting Maori birthing practices, breastfeeding physiology and techniques, business mindset and more
Nurture Within Doula Certification
To gain certification you'll participate in an online module emailed upon registration which provides a foundation of knowledge and references,
as well as a three-day face to face, active and engaging workshop.
You'll receive a Nurture Within Doula workbook,
your Birth and Postnatal Doula Certificate &
mentoring, debriefing and support via the phone for your first 3 births.
